Not one for the average ghost story so with that in mind this isn't the usual. In the beginning I thought it was getting a little drawn out and had questions working up but ending was very satisfying
Quite a twist on the traditional ghost story. I didn't really find it scary, but it held me intrigued...with twists and turns to keep me wanting to read just one more chapter before calling it a night. Then just one more...and one more....
I've read several books by this author & this was a disappointment. I stopped reading @ the end of chapter 7 because the whole story line was very choppy along w/the editing. Just couldn't get into this story line at all.
Fantastic! I couldn't stop reading until it was done! The characters are simple and easy to believe. The plot is clever and thrilling. The whole story keeps you edging in closer Up to the end! I don't do reviews as much as I should and this one sure does deserve a great one!

This is one twisted, convoluted, spooky little book! But dang...it's good! I don't think even Stephen King himself, would be ashamed to say he wrote this. It's just as complex as something he would have written. I really can't say too much more, as it would spoil the book for you. All I will say is, NOTHING is what it seems. Nuff said...enjoy.
I was looking for an entertaining ghost story, and this book definitely delivered. It was not gory or scary, nor did it play on common theories about the paranormal. Instead, it was most original and just plain creepy in the best way possible.
There were a few typos and grammar issues; there were also some plot points that felt a little contrived. For these reasons, I gave the book four stars instead of five.
Still, if you are looking for an engaging and creepy ghost story without cheap tricks and gore, this book delivers! Highly recommended!
